Renovating old homes like new was a side hobby for Andrew and Andrea Myers beginning with their first home which was a duplex in Hamline Midway. It has turned into a full time livelihood for Andy. Andrea manages sales full time in their Mendota Heights based brokerage. Their 3 boys keep them busy and active with all the local bike trails and community events in the Twin Cities.

Closing was post-poned to mid-July and went through without a hitch. It seems like there's always something unforeseen that comes up right before closing, either on buyer side or seller side or both.
