Restoration Construction since 1997. Restoration Realty since 2003. RIVER SOURCE REALTY founded in 2012. Renovating old homes like new was a side hobby for Andrew and Andrea Myers beginning with their first home which was a duplex in Hamline Midway. It has turned into a full time livelihood for Andy. Andrea manages sales full time in their Mendota Heights based brokerage. Their 3 boys keep them busy and active with all the local bike trails and community events in the Twin Cities.

2012 - Dilbert leaves his cube! The jump into full time self employment

This is the year, 2012, that Andy went full time as a home renovator leaving his corporate licensed stock-broker job in downtown Minneapolis. After many years of biking to work in the IDS center, he was happy to work with his hands every day and be his own boss. He obtained his general contractor's license while keeping his real estate broker license. Restoration Construction LLC continued full time. His real estate brokerage was renamed River Source Realty (formerly Restoration Realty). To keep up with the demand, Andrea transitioned into working full time in home sales with traditional buyers and sellers as the market was dictating a strong post-crash recovery.
